LexiSphere Privacy Policy
LexiSphere is a word puzzle game. This page explains, in plain words, what information the game handles, where it goes, and how to get it deleted.
The short version: the game needs no account and works offline. The only things that ever leave your phone are a leaderboard name you choose, your scores, a random ID for your install, and the data Google's ad service uses to show ads.
1. What stays on your phone
Your progress — Adventure levels, stars, puzzles solved, the word journal, daily streak, awards, settings and local high scores — is saved only on your device. It is never uploaded. Uninstalling the game removes it.
2. Online leaderboards (LootLocker)
LexiSphere has online leaderboards. While they are switched on, the game sends the following to LootLocker, a games-backend service that stores the boards for us, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection:

Leaderboards are on by default. The first time the game opens it asks what name to use, and you can choose “Anonymous”. You can change the name, or switch posting off entirely, at any time in Options → Data → Online leaderboards. With it off, nothing is sent and every part of the game still works.
The game does not send your real name, email, contacts, location, photos, or anything else about you. LootLocker acts only as our storage provider; we do not sell this information or use it for advertising. LootLocker's own policy is at lootlocker.com/privacy-policy.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a small banner, and an optional video ad you can choose to watch to continue a run. To show and measure ads, the AdMob software inside the app collects information as described by Google, including your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data. Google uses this for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and may share it with its advertising partners.

- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads.
Where the law requires it (for example in the EU and UK), the game shows Google's consent form before personalised ads are used, and you can change your choice later from the game's options.
4. What we do not collect
No account. No email or password. No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. No tracking by us across other apps or websites.
5. Children
LexiSphere is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has posted a name to a leaderboard, use the deletion steps below and we will remove it.
6. How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we retire the leaderboards. Ad data is held by Google under its own retention rules.
7. Deleting your data
You can have your leaderboard name, scores and install ID deleted at any time — see Delete my data below, or email tavernentertainmentgames@gmail.com with the subject “LexiSphere data deletion”.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: tavernentertainmentgames@gmail.com.
Delete my LexiSphere data
The only information LexiSphere keeps about you outside your phone is your entry on the online leaderboards: a leaderboard name, your scores, and a random install ID. Here is how to have that deleted. There is no account to close, because the game has no accounts.
How to request deletion
- Find your leaderboard name. In the game, open Options → Data → Online leaderboards. Your name is in the box (it may be “Anonymous”).
- Find your player number. Open High Scores → Online. The line under the board reads Connected as … · player #12345. That number tells your entry apart from other players with the same name.
- Email us with the subject “LexiSphere data deletion”, your leaderboard name and your player number.
We delete the entry within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you cannot find your player number, send the name and roughly when you played, and we will do our best to find it.
What is deleted, and what is kept

To stop sending anything from now on without deleting old entries, switch off Post my scores online in Options → Data → Online leaderboards. Nothing further is sent once it is off.
